Management Rates and Services
This percentage fee covers the following services:
*All advertizing of the property, including 5+ websites
*Complete and regularly scheduled inventory of your property
*Cleaning, laundry, garbage removal, and property inspection after each visitor
*Maintenance and upkeep of the property as specified in your property maintenance plan
*Utility and maintenance bill consolidation
*Monthly income and expense statements with dispursement check
*Year end statements for tax purposes
