Enjoy the serenity of the North Idaho country at this vacation home! This home sits on 5 treed acres, and is a most peaceful setting. Stay just 5 minutes away from Silverwood Theme Park, and just 10 minutes away from a National Forrest and Park! This home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, sleeping 6 comfortably. We hope to expand the basement soon to accomodate more sleeping area, but the kids love to camp out in tents, or on the log railed wrap around porch!
Rates: $90 nightly with a 3 night minimum, or $600 weekly. Call for monthly rates.
Deposit: $500.00 deposit due upon booking. $150.00 of deposit is held for cleaning, inspection, and garbage removal. $350.00 of deposit is refundable if no damages.

This great 2 bedroom apartment is the most affordable and comfortable accomodations your family will find! The apartment is conveniently located in Coeur d' Alene with a great spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has queen beds, and there is a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. Apartment has full bathroom, full sized washer and dryer, A/C, all utensils and linens! Located just 20 minutes away from Silverwood Theme Park, or 10 minutes away from the parks and city beach at Lake Coeur d' Alene!
