The Coeur d' Alene River
Twenty miles Northeast of beautiful Coeur d' Alene Idaho, The Coeur d' Alene River flows peacefully through the Coeur d' Alene National Forrest in the Silver Valley. The area is known for it's natural wonders, wildlife, and recreational activities. Winter, Summer, Spring, and Fall, this area offers something for everyone.
Enjoy a summer day floating the river or attend a concert on Silver Mountain. Take a fly fishing trip, hike or mountain bike on some of the best trails around, or enjoy a day of golfing to relax. During the winter season enjoy several local ski resorts for boarding or downhill skiing, or cross-country ski on great mountain trails!
Coeur d' Alene River Lodge
Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of this lovely river lodge! The Coeur d' Alene River Lodge is located 24 miles north of I-90 up the Coeur d' Alene River Road. The lodge sits right on the Coeur d' Alene River, where beauty and wilderness abound!
The lodge sleeps 15 in beds, up to 20 people. It is available for weekend getaways, and weekly rentals for small parties. It is also available for special events, such as weddings, reunions, and church groups.
Rates depend upon number in party, and also event fees may apply. Please call for details! Maximum Capacity: Sleeps 15-20, Event Capacity 150-200. Events/Groups must carry an insurance rider.
The Spokane River
The Spokane River flows from Lake Coeur d' Alene, through Post Falls Idaho into Spokane as it flows on through Washington. In Post Falls there is a large park, Q'uemlin Park that sits on the shore of the river. The park has a nice beach area, hiking trails, and rock climbing to enjoy. Boating to Lake Coeur d' Alene from Post Falls is approximately 10 minutes.
Post Falls was named after Fredrick Post, an immigrant who relocated to the area in 1871, who developed a sawmill on the shores of the river. The previous site of the sawmill is within walking distance of our beautiful condo!
The Spokane River Condo
Beautiful executive condo on the Spokane River! Bring the boat, as you have a boat slip at the marina, and boating up to LakeCoeur d' Alene is less than 10 minutes away! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is furnished with all of the comforts of home and more! Enjoy a/c, flat screen tv's, kid's bedroom with games and more! The public beach and swimming area is within walking distance, and you are just blocks from the freeway for easy access to Spokane and Coeur d' Alene!
RATES: $280.00 per night with a 3 night minimum, or $1500.00-2000.00 per week.
DEPOSIT: $500.00 deposit due upon reservation. $350.00 of deposit is refundable 30 days after stay, $150.00 of deposit is non refundable due to cleaning, inspection, and garbage removal.
